"Everything you've been told about building
an injury law practice is wrong"

A Radically Different Way to Market Your Law Firm

For most lawyers, marketing a law firm is simply copying what other lawyers are doing…and that’s why the results are predictable. What if you designed a marketing program that was radically unique and does not exist in the marketplace? When you market your law firm exclusively for lawyer referrals, you are unique among your peers. And why not take a chance?  Most lawyers will tell you that referrals from other lawyers generate their highest quality cases.

But where do you begin? GIVE VALUE. Share with other lawyers your best tips for marketing and/or managing a law firm. Bring in experts (e.g., judges, lawyers and marketing experts) for guest presentations in your town about digital marketing or law office management. Share your best tips with other lawyers through a monthly print newsletter and a weekly email newsletter. Write a book for other lawyers with your best advice for law firm management. Give CLE speeches for lawyers about internet marketing.  Have lunch dates once a week with a current and prospective referral partner. There are almost limits to what you can do to cultivate lawyer referrals and with this marketing plan, you don’t have to pay a penny for mass advertising.

One lawyer who built his plaintiff’s law firm with lawyer referrals is Paul Samakow, Esq., a plaintiff’s lawyer in Northern Virginia.  Paul built a highly successful plaintiff’s law firm by teaching other lawyers how to enter and dominate the Hispanic market (“Become the #1 Attorney in Your Community’s Hispanic Market”).  Paul wrote a book on the subject and has a symposium for lawyers across the country where he provides a step-by-step plan for marketing to this community, including TV, radio ads and social media campaigns. (and he doesn’t speak Spanish). Paul shares his story and his processes for handling cases involving Hispanic clients. Paul leaves no stone unturned.

Paul’s next symposium will be held at the Renaissance Hotel in Chicago on Tuesday, July 23rd, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. CDT. You can get more information at www.Samakow-Network.com or 703-472-7688.  The cost is $295 with a money back guarantee. I know Paul Samakow, Esq. well and I can tell you that he is a generous lawyer who will give without any expectation of getting anything in return…and that’s exactly what all of us should be doing.
